Its very difficult.

The difference between the bottom 6 and the playoff place teams is really small.
Most teams just have those one or two quality players in key areas which give them the edge.
Or have few injuries to the starting 11.

With the addition of Lee, Cody, Gow and Mooney we have vastly improved the one area we were sadly lacking.
We have looked threatening with those players which has taken the pressure off the defence because the oppositions back 4 doesnt want to push up as much.

I think norwich proved in their promotion year that having decent players in most positions and few injuries can take you a long long way.

I think if its the same squad probably 8th but if the young players come through and do well we could challenge for the playoffs.
Our form since Alan Lee has come in has been playoff form.
The guy is just what we have needed for a long time in this division.
Stoke proved that size/power doesn't hurt especially with a division with very few outstanding defences.
