Well...

1) Hold up your left hand

2) Curl your forefinger round so that, with your thumb it makes the shape of a lower case 'e'

3) Proceed to rapidly move your forefinger back and forward so that the hole in the 'e' closes and opens, reminicent of a 'winking' sphincter.

4) Add verbal abuse as so desired.
