Interesting afternoon on SSN....
...with the spotlight away from the Prem for a change.
The pundits in the studio were dismissive and hyper-critical of the quality of the footie, particularly Walsh on the Wolves game. Mind you Jewell did have Brum v Pilgrims!
But the reports from the games were completely different in terms of atmosphere and excitement. You could hardly hear the guy at Cardiff when they went 2-1 up. Salako was really enjoying the Soton game and Dickie Davies always had incidents to report on when they switched to our game.
That's why we've got to stay up - it's a pretty good league for changing form, positions and surprise results. The play-offs keep the level of interest going right to the end.
There will be good years and bad years but I'll always be yella and green.
