We can't deny the lad Premiership football if the right offer came knocking. It would be with a heavy heart, but I'd wish him all the best of luck for his future.
As said further down the board he is undoubtedly a real promise and future star for England - and I would not begrudge him the chance to get to Germany next year.

It could also possibly explain his below par passing performance vs Palace - something on his mind maybe?
