The business of the ground (maintaining it, paying for it, and getting revenues from it) is the business of the holding company and not the football club.

This is the same as for any other club that does not own its ground (Brighton, say, or Wimbledon when they were playing at Selhurst Park).

The club pays rent to the ground's owner to use it and that is where their interest ends. The debts and costs the ground's owner may incur are his business, not the football club's.
