Yup

I mean nobody was saying it should be put next to sexual abuse or beating a kid up but you can see the point that knowingly doing something which is very likely to make your child ill 'could' be labelled abuse. Personally think its a little extreme to put such a label on it but then again I know if I had kids nobody would be allowed to smoke in my house full stop ever.
