i know you've talked about your own budgeting techniques on here before, but say if your central heating broke down in the middle of winter, even if you were skint you'd find the money for it somehow, even though you haven't budgeted for it

you then might have to cut down from proper Pot Noodle to Spasda's own brand so you can still afford a pint of milk to go with it, but fixing your central heating dunt mean you're any less skint
