we only signed him and carney because crook had seen him in home and away of something equally tenuous.

However it pleased the likes of waghorn that we were going to bolt on 6ft of aussie muscle and master carney and leijer were sure to be a big hit in our league.

We must have wasted more money on players who havent played more than a couple of games, than anyone else has ever done.
