I really like the whole Fothers thing, one of the decent things we've done here

Instead of handing out 4 year contracts to players who don't make the first team much, we and the player signed a one year deal, fairly lucrative, but still only a year

It was always going to work out unless said player was outstanding, which he thinks he is

A month or so before the seasons out, he storms off, and we don't have a situation like we could have with say Martin, or Drury being injured, or Matty P not in the first team etc

Gunn has come in and in some sections, has the same dilemmas as Roeder, in that some of the reserve players are here long term, and some on good deals

At least now Fotheringham has thrown a benny, it's easy to finance and get rid
