It always seems to happen if we've switched off the set for the day
which we do if we're out and the cats are in as they're a bit prone to cable chewing. Happened again last Saturday, but it seems to readjust itself after about 24 hours. I will ring Sky about it at some point - but I think the first thing they'll say is that you should leave your Sky box on at all times. And I'll say but it makes the polar bears cry, and puts my cats' lives at risk.
