I don't know for certain but I suspect that they don't because

1. We seem to have recurrent problems with player recruitment over the last few seasons, going back to Worthington's last full season. I don't expect all players to be great but we seem to have signed more than our fair share of numpties.

2. I think Doncaster has accepted that that academy was being badly run and to some degree that has (hopefully) been rectified

3. My original point. I take it as self evident that the board and senior management spend more time selling the product and neglect the governance of the football. The fact that Neil Doncaster answers emails from the fans speaks volumes to me and actually f**ks me off considerably.

4. Manager recruitment - a key part of the football governance which many people would say that they keep getting wrong

5. The fact that no-one at the club told Roeder to shut the f**k up, make friends with the fans and get on with his job, leaving him to talk his way into being sacked.
