I don't think the problem is the individual standard of the players. I think that as a TEAM they just don't fit together. Also there is a confidence problem - we have lost quite a few games this season rather unfortunately but however you lose games, losing can easily become a habit and a vicious circle sets in.

We look like a team that can play OK but just doesn't seem to have that believe that they will win.
