deep rooted problems at the club

We have no money and have had a poor youth acad. which has produced few home grown players.
This didnt happen overnight.

You can trace a lot of our problems back to Worthy IMHO.
He pissed away the most money/resources by far.

Each manager after him has had less and less to work with.
