With the exception of Croft they're all just squad players

A good team needs a mixture of talented players and players that can play well with good players around them.

The trouble is our squad is filled almost completely with the sort of players that will only ever look good in a good team.

I like Cligan but he doesn't offer much if he's only got poor quality players to pass to.

We need more Lea Croft type players that can do something special regardless of what's around him.
