yes
it's very good. they recently had to impose some geographical restrictions and now some atists aren't available, but i think they have a larger ange than last FM. The personal radio feature is a lot less advanced than Last.fm though - what I do is scrobble with spotify and then listen to my last.fm station if i want to hear random stuff.
