Crewe, for example,
signed 7 players on loan (inc 3 from Champ clubs) and somehow didn't pay a bean.
Is it possible that while Crewe refuse to pay agents they up the payment to the player, leaving him responsible for Mr 10 PerCent? Would this be legal?
