I remember reading an article a while back...

Which indicated that we were spending around 60% of our turnover on staff wages. I remember that put us very much in the middle ground in comparison to other clubs' percentages.

However, ND appears to be stating that we should only be spending 30% of our turnover on wages. Errm, so where should that other 70% be going?
