i really don't think it makes a difference at all

a lot of highly intelligent, highly successful people are also religious. more than 50% of the world's population believe in a creator of some kind. Up until 100 years ago, everyone in Britain went to church, and up until a year ago, the country was run by a man who believed in the same things as Delia.

I'd like to hear your arguments for this theory - how does Delia being a Catholic affect her ability to run a football club? I agree that Peter Grant was a bad decision, but she could have just as easily appointed Martin O'Neill or Jose Mourinho if her only criteria was rosary beads.
