The sad thing is she will claim for whiplash, and it will get paid out with no fuss probably.
She'll be happy, and we are all paying probably 15% more cause of claims like this.

A VERY similar thing happened to me, we exchanged details pleasantly, the guy in front also admitted he hadn't been concentrating and should have pulled out, everyone in the car said they were fine.

When i eventually chased my insurers to find out what had happened i discovered they had paid ?1400 for the claim.
"Probably for personal injury sir"

Fuck me. No one NO ONE in that car was hurt.
Hey ho. Its free money isn't it? Scamming the insurers, lovely, doesn't hurt anyone does it?
