No. Your response? They choose the managers who choose the players. My response? Football is an imprecise art where the line between success and failure is hardly visible. This is accentuated at Norwich where transfer funds are not readily available (for whatever reason) and thus each transfer has more pressure placed upon him and scrutinised much more heavily. Ultimately, as far as I can see, it's down to luck. The players you get, the players you don't get. I'm not saying a board is completely removed from the fortunes of a club. But you just can't blame the board for an under-performing team!
