And anyway Cullum isn't the same as Towergate, AFAIK it was Cullum that wanted to acquire NCFC not Towergate, nothing there says anything about his personal financial position.
And "presumeably therefore, the Smiths' majority shareholding falling into Cullum's hands by way of return" NO, how many more times?
