Well we know some things

we know that Cullum wanted to take over by buying newly created shares. We know that the board think that the valuation placed on the assets in the accounts is wrong. We know that the two sides disagreed on what the club is worth.
What we don't know is which side was being unreasonable (if any), and we don't know if Cullum would have been any better.

My totally uneducated guess is that Cullum will wait for them to sink themselves and then move in.

FWIW we thought that Delia looked like she had aged a lot yesterday.
