I don't think Adams and Goreham suggested they didn't give 100%
and didn't concentrate for 60 minutes. As you did. Football is a game where the other team also turns up and attempts to win. Therefore most matches will see a period where the other team is on top, it's gonna happen more often than not when we have a lowly placed team.
