Your keeper is only as good as your defence. As the Doc proved yesterday, it's not good!
He stil made some great stops and I think that Doc may struggle to get back in the team in coming weeks, Leijer is bound to get some games and if the lad from Stoke is on a Prem wage he is going to play. Grounds has been a little shaky, but looks ok and is scoring more than Cureton!
IF Marshall was to go, I dont think Nelson is the answer. I saw him in some pre season games, he has a big gob but thats about all I saw. I think he was a stop gap.
We have Rudd and Steer coming throught the youthies, plus isnt Arnold still around? I would like to seem one of them stepping up to the bench or beyond.
ANOTHER if, should we manage to stay up and before the end of the season I think Gunn will do what many others have not and give the players like Daley, Renton, Rudd, Smith a go otherwise when will they play!?
