Tony Finnigan is NOT a licensed players agent
Whilst looking at the transfer rules on the FIFA website I came across the list of players agents. Tony Finnigan is not listed. I phoned the FA and they have just phoned back to confirm that he he not licensed. They are loooking in to the matter.
Probably just means that although he does the donkey work in transfers one of his licensed colleagues (Alan and David Payne) signs the contracts.
However given the problems he has caused us this summer if any journalists are reading the board today they might like to follow this up.
