English managers don't get a fair crack of the whip and Clubs should persevere with them whilst they learn the job. Well Ince in any walk of like you start at the bottom and work your way up spending time learning the ropes and developing your career and showing a level of loyalty.
Ince was 8- months at Macclesfield and 1 year at MK Dons, hardly an apprenticeship is it?
