But, as discussed on here when all the Cullum talk was in the air, if someone wants to buy D&M's shares they have to buy everyone elses too, thus the shareholders would have to be informed for that reason anyway. Normally, though, don't shareholders have to be asked to approve any takeover?
Anyway, this'll probably come to nothing...
