tech ipad help: know this has been asked before....

yesterday was given a works ipad air (mental as i have a works samsung phone!).... managed to set it all up, install company software, email etc...

can someone remind me if theres an app that will convert msn office (word, powerpoint, excell etc) or an app that provides similar functions.....pref free!

(any other good apps/tips for the ipad air? - - more of an android person myself!)
