And despite what has been said, we looked pretty good again today, and Roeder has changed a lot of things. One of my bugbears was the scouting - well he has changed that. And if we have managed to work out a way of not signing unfit players then that would help too.

What I would like to see is evidence that the non-executive directors are now doing their job, because I inferred from Shandy's remarks at the last AGM that they hadn't been - something I had always believed.
I'd like to see evidence that they've thought about the Academy because it has so far been a total failure.

Some of it solves itself: the property development hopefully has ended, and it would be nice to think that they won't spend any money on extending the Main Stand.

What I want is a change of policy basically.
