... where he was on about youth players, and how good they get it at Norwich, saying about how at other clubs the players have to clean their own training kit every day, and look after themselves etc etc, and ole Roeds was saying how at Norwich it's laid out every morning for them smelling lovely, and that, and I remember thinking that it sounded as if Glenn wasn't 100% happy that the players were so well looked after in that department.

If his big thing with Chris Martin (etc) is a lack of discipline, and I think it might be, then it might his way of forcing them to look after themselves a bit more - "No one else is going to wash your grimy shorts, young'un, so do it yourself, and don't kick off in the pubs tonight either."
