He's saved our collective arses in more games than we can remember; he's been here for a very long time, turning down lucrative offers to play elsewhere; he's been a constant source of hope, entertainment and inspiration; he's often been our only real source of quality football. We love him with a passion besides which our feeling of mild approval and gratitude towards you simply pales into nothing. You have no idea how much affection there is for him. When a player that good chooses to come to you and stay with you, instead of pissing off for more money and more exposure at the first opportunity, then you really, really take him to your heart.

Huckerby's name will be remembered in Norwich for generations. You've only been here for 20 mins and who knows how long you'll be remembered, and for what.
