Techie question...

...MSN Media Player is overriding my iTunes so I can't import CD's into it and therefore upload them onto my iPod...my prefs are set making sure that iTunes is the preferred media player...however, if I wanna play something from the iTunes library it'll play it, but it doesn't seem to recognise the CD is there and MSN MP kicks in - that's iTunes job!..

I wanna uninstall/remove MSN MP but can't see it in the Remove/Add progs bit in Control Panel but I can see it in Progs within the Start menu, que?..

Any ideas as to how I can remove MSN MP and get iTunes to see my CD drive and connect with it and the internet in the normal way and those import tracks onto my iPod again?..

Ta muchly if you can help and up your bum if you're gonna post a smarty pants answer that has nowt to do with this prob...
