Error bar was +/- 2.8%. But even at the extreme low that's 1.2% of 146m people i.e. 1.7 MILLION people. And if you assume the rest of the population (including those not registered to vote) feels the same way that's a MINIMUM of 1.2% of 317m people i.e. 3.8 million people. The par numbers (assuming no error in the survey) are 5.8m and 12.7m.
Which is surprising.
