Leroy Fer is the reason we have struggled and look so disjointed!!!!

Even last season we looked more together and playing as a unit even when the results weren't good.

Since Fer's introduction we look totally disjointed at times. There is little doubting his ability on the ball, but something just isn't working. He also needs to work on his tracking back when losing the ball, generally working harder especially after he's given it away (which has led to some goals against), as well as off the ball in general.

I may be being harsh, he may still be adjusting and yes one could easily be critical of other players and many have been .

And as controversial as it sounds I would drop Fer against West Ham!
