you absolutely cannot leave him out. Even on an off day he can contribute goal or assist with his incredible delivery. Me, I'd play the general Hoots Starting XI and sub Benno for Wes when there's an opportuinity to use the right flank, playing Benno there and Snods in the hole, or alternatively swap Benno for Pilks and insist Snods play on the left. Last week, benno crosses from the right and we score! Snods doesn't cross from the right (very often)
