On some web forums the most recently posted-to thread moves to the top

so by adding a message to an old thread you bring it to the top of the board. "Nicely Brought To The Top" is an ironic congratulation for doing this. Doubly ironic here as Ben had more sense than to set the wroth up this way (or we'd basically only have one thread, the Lunch thread, with a million posts on it.
