Stay away from fried food where possible.

Don't mix carbohydrates and protein in the same meal.

No fizzy drinks, packed full of sugar.

Cut down on the alcohol consumption.

Eat smaller portions and less frequently.

Never miss breakfast.

Don't take the lift, use the stairs.

Have lots and lots of highly energetic sex as often as possible.

Park a long way from the supermarket door.

Get off the bus or train one stop away from where you are going and walk the rest of the way.
