Any idea who they could be talking about?

From a Notts Forrest forum:

'just thought i'd add this , at thetford train station there was a family of norwich fans mum,dad & about 5 young kids ( 6 & under maybe) with a couple of buggies etc , anyway i jokingly said to them on the platform "i hope you norwich mob ain't going to get too rowdy on the train " as obviously a family like that it'd be the last thing i'd expect, anyhow when the train arrived moments later the train conductor told the mum she'd have to fold her buggies up to get on as it was crammed on the train (and it was ) and the next thing you know this woman is having a slanging match with the female conductor and then preceded to wade in with fists flying ! the dad was ranting & raving the kids were all screaming the conductor was calling for the police and to have her done for assault , it was mental ! anyway this family did a runner as they knew the old bill were coming , they looked like such a nice quiet family ! me and my big mouth !'
