GAYOFF Alert State WHITE:
No information available about a specific gay off. It can also mean "situation stable", i.e. neither scc or pants are online.

GAYOFF Alert State BLACK:
There has been an assessment made that there is the possibility of a GAYOFF, but no defined target. It can also mean "possible civil unrest", meaning safety can't be guaranteed. i.e. either pants or scc is online but not both of them.

GAYOFF Alert State AMBER:
There has been specific information received and there is a substantial threat to wroth targets. It can also mean "high alert", which could be a transition to GAYOFF. i.e. pants and scc online but busy with other weirdo's talking about betting or indybands.

GAYOFF Alert State RED:
Information has been received about a specific GAYOFF attack. It can also mean "red alert", meaning the WRATH is at war, especially if there's a likelihood of a nuclear GAYOFF. i,e, pants and scc online.
